The plot of the classic adventure tale has been admirably reconfigured to meet modern sensibilities, but this legend of Tarzan is not engaging, nor exciting, nor whatever any other words I’m missing to describe such a BOOORING movie.
Yes Alexander Skarsgård and Margot Robbie are hot, but so it’s my cup of coffee. In defence of my hot coffee, it gives me satisfaction which those two didn’t do to me.
Also I’m tired of seen Christoph Waltz and Samuel L. Jackson playing stereotypical roles.
Truly, Johnny Weissmuller and his 1930’s Tarzan had a lot more drama than this film.
Do yourself a favour and skip.
