I was feeling out of shape lately, but I’m taking the bull by the horns and getting my shit together.
So I’ve been on detox mode this week, gladly muscles have memory and so my whole system. So I replaced my breakfast or lunch for a smoothie in order to get back on track with my fitness.
I have to say it doesn’t taste terrible, but I’m not used to not have eggs, meat, coffee and bread for breakfast.
Regardless, I feel a lot “cleaner” but I miss bread soooo much!
Well, I can indulge myself from time to time, I guess.
