This film is the heartbreaking story of a young gay man’s struggle to find himself, told across three defining chapters in his life where he experience abuse at home, bullying at school, and all the beauty and pain of falling in love.
Although the story is very simple and well-delivered, the 3rd act didn’t quite connect for me like the first two did, but it’s definitely a movie to watch for its important message.
In short, what this film achieves is nothing less than watching the birth of human identity on screen.
On the other hand, the cast was A+. Everybody nailed their character.
Not the most memorable film, but pretty solid.
